December 2020, my brother had to undergo a keyhole surgery for hernia and we had to look for professional care to tend to his needs prior and post surgery. We came across benevolent or should we say rijo ( the gent who represented the firm) who put a solution across for us in the middle of covid. He came across as a very professional individual who listened to our needs compassionately and put forward several options for us to choose from. We opted for an ex navy retiree who was extremely adaptive and accommodating of our needs from day one. He extended the personal care towards my brother effortlessly which was most welcoming given the circumstances . Got to know about Benevolent when I was completely perplexed about which home care team to contact ,randomly I searched in Google and came across Benevolent home care team ,Kochi. From the very first introduction with Mr. James ,I became confident about their service authenticity,gave a good care to my mother when in need,I shall always recommend them for any future requirements.
I am writing my review after one month of service from Benevolent. It is a great pleasure to write this review. We opted for caretaker service for my very close relative aged 80+ .she was a bedridden patient. Now we have opted for service for her husband also. He is also a bedridden patient aged 80+ years. Initially, we were scared to opt for any home nursing service because of our past experiences. After talking with Mr.Reji we got a lot of confidence to opt for this service. Thank you, sir. Excellent care and service is provided by Benevolent and Team. Molcy sister is very kind and very good at coordinating staffs activities .. We are very happy and very much satisfied.
